Rising Star of Tennessee prepares for annual competition, fundraiser
The winner went on to front a band that performed as last October’s Foothills Fall Festival.
The runner-up recently signed on to sing at a regular gig at the fabled Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in Nashville.
Take note of those accomplishments, aspiring singers — such good fortune could be yours, if you do well in the Rising Star Vocal Competition, sponsored by Patch Ministries of Blount County and scheduled to begin next month.
